Yay! Paris

I love how the temporary meltdown of the western capitalist financial system has resulted in camping chic, first at Pitti with Undercover, then Milan with Dsquared and now Louis Vuitton too. No stranger to a tentpeg myself I often wish I had something chic-er than a Hunter welly for the evening campfire. LV does look very interesting. More so than that elastic sling thing from last season. I can't wait to pick them up and see what all the bits do.
Dries, oh Dries. You really have been putting in some work. I have been looking really closely at Dries' summer constructions lately with his smart combinations of EVA and leather and this collection makes me want to be somewhere hot today, spending the rest of the summer half heartedly making my way home.
