Ladiators!

If a man's fashion week can feasibly be described as MACHO, then yesterday came pretty close. There were Cowboys, Marauding Moorish ASBO's, Watanabe Barrow boys, More Raf Bankers, Napoleonic Oompah Loompahs and Marilyn Mansoons. What a day though. Ricardo Tisci at Givenchy is leading the Ladiator charge after last seasons Brogue Gladiator Mandal (the most beautiful thing I still don't own. Still interested) with gold, studded and black stepping sandals they would give you props for on Golborne road. Galliano wades in second with...almost sensible...leather strip Ladiators and a Ladiator boot thing. I'm Pondering, where does John Galliano get all those orange models. " I said only orange guys. If you send me one more transluscent, I will come done there and rip your head off with my bare arms... you booker leach!"

Adam Kimmel's Cowboys. Random. Prize for most pairs of different shoes in one show (none of them notable) goes to Issey Miyake. Rick Owen was having a ...Wader Moment! Are they wader low tops or Welly sneakers? Don't tell Churchs but I think Junya Watanabe and Comme des Garcons are using some of that "secret foam".
Hot topic of the day though...Raf Simons Driving Moccs!..Did I see that right? Last season Bankers. This season, channeling Sir Fred the shred living it up on the riviera spending my fxxxxxg money.
Will Raf be working in collaboration on Flavio Briatore's 'Billionaire' line next season?
