Crazy Man Boots..(Crazy Moots)...
I am already thinking about AW10 and just the other day I was pondering man heels. I was wondering how ready those peacocks were to raise their game. I am not talking Sarkozy/ Lenny Kravitz type heels, I mean all out, flossing and switching heels. Purple Prince type hitS. And then I saw these man heels from Rick Owens. The doors have been opened and I am now roaming freely inside the building. Thanks Ricky.
Also very much digging these from my new best admirer Kris Van Assche.
And these from Ann Demeulemeester...
Check out these crazybob Napolean Dynamite Casodillers.
I mentioned some boots from Alberto Fasciani back in my early summer round up and once again I am strangely drawn to these winter versions too.
All these badboys are available at Luisaviaroma

The HareFourSwans have landed...
Mr. Hare is on the second floor in the shoe dept. of Dover Street Market. Same floor as Raf and Martin Margiela. Even in my wildest dreams... I even met Adrian Joffe and shook hands with Pharrell. Ronnie Cooke Newhouse was looking hot in blonde too.

What was wrong with the old shapes?
Everything Thomas Meyerhoffer says about his new surfboard design makes sense and I should try one out before I pass comment, but ask yourself this, would you leave Angelina Jolie for Ugly Betty?
Selectism.
Why don't you just F-F-F-F-F Fade away...
Dear Old People Who Run the World, My generation would like to break up with you. Everyday, I see a widening gap in how you and we understand the world — and what we want from it. I think we have irreconcilable differences. You wanted big, fat, lazy “business.” We want small, responsive, micro-scale commerce. You turned politics into a dirty word. We want authentic, deep democracy — everywhere. You wanted financial fundamentalism. We want an economics that makes sense for people — not just banks. You wanted shareholder value — built by tough-guy CEOs. We want real value, built by people with character, dignity, and courage...
